ATTIRE

Wear comfortable, loose clothing in muted or dark colors and socks.  We prefer it if you do not wear shorts, tank tops, or stiff pants, hats, leather clothing, or noisy clothes.

  • Wednesdays (Selected):

Beginner's Zazen:  7:00 pm - 8:30 pm EST       (Tea, instructions, sitting and walking meditation)
