One who lives the Zen life is aware of, appreciates, and nurtures the environment. We live on an acre in Pinecrest, Miami-Dade, Florida full of tropical fruit trees and butterfly plants. Here are images of 110+ native Florida species - out of about 170 - by family, we've seen. Also there are 15 non-natives seen on trips north of Florida and 45 non-native species seen at the Butterfly Rainforest in Gainesville.
